Recipe Ingredients:
- Undercut beef 1 kg
- Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/4 cup
- Mustard powder 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp.
- Wooster sauce 3 tbsp.
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp.
For brown sauce
- Onion finely chopped 2 tbsp.
- Stock 2 cups
- Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 4 tbsp.
- Flour 3 tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
- Burnt sugar syrup 2 tbsp.
Recipe Method:
Method for roast beef- Prick undercut piece with fork well.
- Marinate with salt, pepper, mustard, ginger garlic paste, Wooster sauce and lemon juice,
- Heat oil in the pan put marinated undercut, fry for 10 minutes, add 2 cups water, cover and cook for 30 minutes until beef tender and water dries.
- Remove, cut in slices, and serve hot with boiled vegetables and brown sauce.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Heat the oil, fry onions till golden brown.
- Add flour with salt and pepper.
- Add stock and cook till the sauce thickens.
- Lastly, add burnt sugar syrup to give brown color.
