Recipe Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion 3 chopped
- Tomatoes 3 chopped
- Garlic chopped 3 tbsp.
- Ginger chopped 1 tbsp.
- Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
- Coriander powder 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Chili powder 1 tsp.
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
- Allspice 1/2 tsp.
- Green chillies 4
- Coriander 2 tbsp.
Recipe Method:
- Heat oil in the pan to fry chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.
- Add mutton, fry well.
- Add all the dry seasonings with chopped tomatoes, let it cook.
- Add 2 cups water, put the lid on and simmer till done
- Garnish it with coriander leaves, green chillies and serve.
