Recipe Ingredients: 

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Mutton mince (kutta howa) 1/2 kg
  • Moong daal with husk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chopped spinach 2 cups
  • Dill chopped 2 tbsp.
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp.
  • Chili powder 3 tsp.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Salt 2 tsp.
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp.
  • Kisan Sunflower Cooking Oil 1 cup

Recipe Method: 

  • Wash and soaked kg rice and moong daal or 10 minutes
  • Fry sliced onions in oil till light golden take out half for garnishing
  • Add mutton mince, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder with chopped tomatoes in the remaining oil and onion.
  • Cook till mince is half done; add chopped spinach and yogurt cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the rice and daal with 3 cups of water, put the lid on and simmer.
  • Lastly add dill and mix very well with wooden spoon.
  • Before serving garnish it well with brown onions, green chillies, ginger slice and left over oil.
