Lemon Rice

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 500 gm rice, 1 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 10 Split chickpeas
  • 6 Tbsp Kisan Sunflower cooking oil
  • 10 gm daal mash, 10 gm cashew
  • 3 green chilies, 1 & 1/2 lemon juice
  • Salt as need

Recipe Method: 

  • Boil water in a pan add salt, add vinegar and boil it for 10 minutes
  • In a pan add mustard seeds, splilt, chickpeas and green chili
  • Add lemon juice and salt and cook it for 5 minutes
  • Now add boiled rice and cook it for 5 minutes
  • Your tasty lemon rice is ready
