
Lemon Rice
Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 gm rice, 1 Tsp mustard seeds
- 10 Split chickpeas
- 6 Tbsp Kisan Sunflower cooking oil
- 10 gm daal mash, 10 gm cashew
- 3 green chilies, 1 & 1/2 lemon juice
- Salt as need
Recipe Method:
- Boil water in a pan add salt, add vinegar and boil it for 10 minutes
- In a pan add mustard seeds, splilt, chickpeas and green chili
- Add lemon juice and salt and cook it for 5 minutes
- Now add boiled rice and cook it for 5 minutes
- Your tasty lemon rice is ready
