Recipe Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg whole
- Raw papaya 1 tsp.
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
- Chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp.
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp.
- Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
- Yellow colour pinch
- Peanuts 1 tbsp.
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp.
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp.
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp.
- White cumin 1 tsp.
- Roasted gram 1 tbsp.
For Baghar
- Whole red pepper 6
- Cumin 1 tsp.
- Curry leaves 12
Recipe Method:
- Grind and roast peanuts, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut and cumin. Mix with roasted gram.
- Marinate chicken with raw papaya, ginger garlic, salt, chilli powder, yogurt, brown onion (grinded) and yellow food colour.
- Leave it for 2 hours.
- Put the chicken on a pot, cover the lid and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
- Prepare baghar in heat oil.
- Serve with boiled eggs and french fries.
