Recipe Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg whole
- Green chillies 6 grinded
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp. grinded
- Almonds blanched and grinded 2 tbsp.
- Onion 1 raw grinded
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green chillies whole 2
- Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 11 1/2 tsp.
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
- All spice 1/2 tsp.
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Cloves 4
- Green cardamom 4
- Saffron 1/4 tsp.
- Tomato 1 chopped in 4 pieces
Recipe Method:
- Marinate chicken with grinded green chilli, coriander paste and salt for 15 minutes.
- Add beaten yogurt and almond paste on to the chicken.
- Heat oil to fry onions till golden, also add ginger garlic paste later.
- Put chicken with whole spices in oil, fry well.
- Add 1/2 cup water and simmer on low flame for 20 minutes.
- When chicken is tender and oil get separated from gravy; add all spices, green chillies, whole tomatoes and saffron.
- Serve with boiled eggs.
