Recipe Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless in cubes 1/2 kg
- Rice boiled with 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 kg
- Spring onion chopped 1/2 cup
- Ketchup 5 tbsp.
- Vinegar 2 tbsp.
- Chili powder 1 tsp.
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
- All spice 1/2 tsp.
- Geen chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp.
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
- Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
Recipe Method:
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Stir fry spring onion; take it out on kitchen paper.
- In the same oil, fry chicken till tender,
- Add in all the seasonings, cook for 10 minutes, and keep aside.
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Add boiled rice
- Top with prepared chicken gravy, fried spring onion,
- Leave it on dum (indirect slow cooking technique), for 5 minutes, toss and serve.
