Green Onion Rice

Recipe Ingredients: 

  • Chicken boneless in cubes 1/2 kg
  • Rice boiled with 1 tbsp. salt 1/2 kg
  • Spring onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 5 tbsp.
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp.
  • Chili powder 1 tsp.
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
  • All spice 1/2 tsp.
  • Geen chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/2 cup

Recipe Method: 

  • Heat oil in the pan.
  • Stir fry spring onion; take it out on kitchen paper.
  • In the same oil, fry chicken till tender,
  • Add in all the seasonings, cook for 10 minutes, and keep aside.
To serve:
  • Heat oil in the pan.
  • Add boiled rice
  • Top with prepared chicken gravy, fried spring onion,
  • Leave it on dum (indirect slow cooking technique), for 5 minutes, toss and serve.
