Recipe Description:

 A lovely blend of chicken sunk in spices and cooked with butter. You can increase marination time for a deeper taste in every bite.

Recipe Ingredients:

 

  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Whole coriander powdered 1 tsp.
  • Cumin seeds powdered 1 tbsp.
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp.
  • All spice 1 tsp.
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp.
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter 4 ounces
  • Ginger thinkly sliced 2 tbsp.
  • Green chillies 6 cut in strips

    Recipe Method: 

     

    • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and let the chicken marinate in it for 3 hours.
    • Heat oil in the pan and simmer chicken with marinade on low flame.
    • Add butter, ginger julienne and green chillies, cook till chicken tender and dry.
    • Serve piping hot!
