Ingredients:
- Baby potatoes boiled 8 to 10
- Salt to taste
For the dressing:
- Mayo 1/2 cup
- Grainy mustard 1 tsp.
- Dill chopped 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice 1/2 tsp.
- Vinegar few drops
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Onion 1 chopped
Recipe Method:
- Whisk the mayo along with the mustard, salt, black pepper, dill, onion, lemon juice, and vinegar until well combined.
- Place boiled potatoes in a bowl pour over the dressing toss well to coat the potatoes evenly.
- Serve on a bed of salad leaves.
