Potato Salad



  • Baby potatoes boiled 8 to 10
  • Salt to taste

For the dressing:

  • Mayo 1/2 cup
  • Grainy mustard 1 tsp.
  • Dill chopped 1 tsp.
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp.
  • Vinegar few drops
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Onion 1 chopped

Recipe Method: 


  • Whisk the mayo along with the mustard, salt, black pepper, dill, onion, lemon juice, and vinegar until well combined.
  • Place boiled potatoes in a bowl pour over the dressing toss well to coat the potatoes evenly.
  • Serve on a bed of salad leaves.
