Recipe Ingredients:
- Apples (cubes) 2
- Walnuts crushed 1 cup
- Potatoes (cubes) 2 cubes
- Raisins 1 cup
- Boiled peas 1/2 cup
- Carrots (cubes) 1
- Pineapple (cubes) 3 slices
- Cabbage chopped 1 cup
- Cream 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sugar 1/4 tsp.
- White pepper as required
Recipe Method:
- Whisk the mayo along with the cream, salt, white n black pepper, and sugar till it becomes a smooth paste.
- Put all vegetables, raisins, and walnuts in a bowl along with the apples and pineapple.
- Pour over the salad dressing and toss well to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
