Recipe Ingredients:
- Iceberg Lettuce 1 chopped
- Feta cheese 8 to 10 cubes
- Black olives handful
- Cucumber 1 sliced
- Crusty croutons few
- Cherry tomatoes 5 to 6
- Oregano 1/4 tsp.
- Extra virgin Olive oil 5 tbsp.
- Lemon 1
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic (minced) 1 clove
Recipe Method:
- In a bowl add all the vegetables and cut the feta into cubes.
- Whisk the olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Pour over the salad toss well.
- Add the feta cheese on top along with the croutons season with crushed black pepper.
