
Glass Noodle Salad
Recipe Ingredients:
- Glass noodles 1 packet
- Carrot 2 medium sized; finely chopped
- Onion 1 medium sized; finely chopped
- Green onion 4; finely chopped
- Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp.
- Ginger pastes 1/2 tbsp.
- Capsicum I medium julienne
- Mushrooms 5 medium chopped
- Boneless chicken 350 grams cut in strips
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Rice Vinegar 2 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli flakes 2 tsp.
- Kisan Sunflower Cooking Oil 2-3 tbsp.
Recipe Method:
- Boil noodles in water till al dente. Strain them and pour cold water add some oil to avoid getting them sticky.
- In a separate pan, heat oil with onion till transparent, then add garlic and ginger.
- Add the chicken and carrot. Cook constantly stirring.
- Add seasonings including salt, soy sauce, vinegar and red chillies.
- Add the mushroom, capsicum and at the end combine the green onions.
- Take off heat and toss noodles in the mixture.
- Serve hot or cold.
