Recipe Ingredients: 

  • Beef undercut thin strips 500 gm.
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Hot sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic finely chopped 1 clove
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tsp.
  • Egg noodles 200 gm.
  • Rice vinegar 1 tsp.
  • Dried mushroom 6 soaked in 1/4 cup hot water
  • Button mushrooms 100 gm.
  • Bean sprouts 125 gm.
  • Onion wedged and separated 1
  • Celery cut lengthwise 2
  • Carrot cut lengthwise 1

For the sauce

  • Sugar 1 tsp.
  • Corn flour 2 tsp.
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • Rice vinegar 1/2 tsp.
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Chicken cube crumbled 1
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp.

Recipe Method: 

  • Marinate beef in rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hot sauce for 1 hour.
  • Boil noodles and drain well.
  • Stir fry noodles with oil and soy sauce for 1 minute.
  • Heat oil in the wok and sauté onions and vegetables for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Add more oil and sauté beef till brown.
  • Add sauce and bring it to boil. Add vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Toss the noodles on a platter, top them with the beef sauce and serve hot.
