Recipe Ingredients:
- Beef undercut thin strips 500 gm.
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp.
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
- Garlic finely chopped 1 clove
- Ginger paste 1/2 tsp.
- Egg noodles 200 gm.
- Rice vinegar 1 tsp.
- Dried mushroom 6 soaked in 1/4 cup hot water
- Button mushrooms 100 gm.
- Bean sprouts 125 gm.
- Onion wedged and separated 1
- Celery cut lengthwise 2
- Carrot cut lengthwise 1
For the sauce
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Corn flour 2 tsp.
- Water 3/4 cup
- Rice vinegar 1/2 tsp.
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp.
- Chicken cube crumbled 1
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
Recipe Method:
- Marinate beef in rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hot sauce for 1 hour.
- Boil noodles and drain well.
- Stir fry noodles with oil and soy sauce for 1 minute.
- Heat oil in the wok and sauté onions and vegetables for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Add more oil and sauté beef till brown.
- Add sauce and bring it to boil. Add vegetables and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Toss the noodles on a platter, top them with the beef sauce and serve hot.
