Recipe Ingredients :
- Butter 6 ounces
- Brown sugar 1 1/2 cup
- Milk 2 tbsp.
- Any mint chocolate 200 gm. chopped (e.g., After Eight)
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
- Eggs 2
- Flour 2 1/2 cups
- Baking soda 1 tsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- White chocolate chips 1/2 cup
- Walnuts 1/2 cup
Recipe Method :
- In a saucepan heat together butter, sugar and milk till melted.
- Add the chopped chocolate mix.
- Once the mixture cools, add the eggs.
- Then add all the dry ingredients, flour, soda, salt, vanilla essence, add chocolate chips and 1/2 cup walnuts and form into dough.
- Chill for 30 minutes, make into small balls, flatten slightly with your palm and cook on a lightly greased cookie sheet,
- Bake on 180 degree C only for 10 minutes.
