Foily Mutton Chops

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp.
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp.
  • Carrots 1 cut in tiny cubes and boiled
  • Potato 1 cut in tiny cubes and boiled
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt whipped 4 tbsp.
  • Chat masala 1/2 tsp.
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp.
  • Olive oil as required
  • Water 1 cup.

Recipe Method: 

  • Marinate the mutton chops with salt, black pepper, all spice, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and vinegar for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in the pan and add olive oil and 1 cup water. Bring it to a boil.
  • Mix yogurt with chat masala, salt and black pepper 1/4 each.
  • Cut foil in 6*6 inch square pieces, put 1 tsp. yogurt with masala top with few pieces of boiled carrots, peas and potatoes.
  • Place 1 chop on each foil and fold it well.
  • Steam or bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot in the foil.
