Recipe Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 1/2 kg
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp.
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.
- Green chili paste 1 tsp.
- Vinegar 2 tbsp.
- Carrots 1 cut in tiny cubes and boiled
- Potato 1 cut in tiny cubes and boiled
- Peas 1/2 cup
- Yogurt whipped 4 tbsp.
- Chat masala 1/2 tsp.
- Ketchup 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil as required
- Water 1 cup.
Recipe Method:
- Marinate the mutton chops with salt, black pepper, all spice, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and vinegar for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in the pan and add olive oil and 1 cup water. Bring it to a boil.
- Mix yogurt with chat masala, salt and black pepper 1/4 each.
- Cut foil in 6*6 inch square pieces, put 1 tsp. yogurt with masala top with few pieces of boiled carrots, peas and potatoes.
- Place 1 chop on each foil and fold it well.
- Steam or bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot in the foil.
