Recipe Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Black pepper 2 tsp.
- Coconut milk powder 1 tsp.
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp. heaped
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp.
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch grinded
- Green chillies 4 grinded
- Kisan Canola Cooking Oil 1/4 cup
- Ghee 1/4 cup
- Raw papaya 1 tsp heaped
Recipe Method:
- Mix all the ingredients with grinded green chutney.
- Marinate mutton in this for 30 minutes.
- In a pan heat oil and ghee.
- Put marinated mutton with 1 cup water, cover and cook till done.
- Fry well till oil comes on top.
