Chicken White Karahi (Recipe Mix)  
Ingredients Required Quantity
Chicken Meat (Small Pieces)     1 Kg
Green Chiilies (Small & Grounded)     1-2 Tablespoons
Yogurt (Whisked)     1 Cup / 200g
Ginger (Paste)
    2 Tablespoons
Garlic (Paste)     1 Tablespoon
Lemon Juice
    1-2 Tablespoons
Green Chillies (Large/whole or cut in large pieces)     6-8
Coriander (Finely Chopped)     1 Tablespoon
Juliennes of Ginger     1 Small Piece / 10g
Kisan Ghee / Oil
    1/2 Cup / 150g

Cooking Instructions:
1.

Mix Kisan Chicken White Karahi Recipe Mix, ginger, grounded green chillies, garlic and yogurt and marinate the chicken for 20-30 minutes.
2.

Heat oil, add the marinated chicken in the pan, cover it and cook on low flame till tender. Increase the flame and stir fry till Kisan ghee / oil separates from the gravy.
3.
Add green chilies, lemon juice, green coriander and juliennes of ginger then remove from flame.
