Tikka (Recipe Mix)  
Ingredients Required Quantity
Meat (Chicken)
   
1–1 1/2 Kg (8-10 medium size portions)
Garlic (Paste)
   
1-2 Tablespoons
Ginger (Paste)
   
1 Tablespoon
Yogurt (Whipped)    
4-6 Tablespoons
Lemon
   
2-3
Kisan Oil / Ghee     1/2 Cup / 100g
Kisan Tikka Recipe Mix     1 Packet
 
Cooking Instructions:

Wash the meat and make deep cuts with a knife on the pieces.

In a steel or plastic bowl mix yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and Kisan Tikka Recipe Mix and apply lavishly to the meat portions. Cover and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Put the meat on skewers. Grill on low flame of coal or gas and keep revolving. When the meat becomes a little tender, brush Kisan oil / ghee on the meat, keep grilling and revolving till the meat is tender. Mouth watering tikka is ready.
Serve with salad, sauce and lemon in a traditional style.
