Shami Kabab (Recipe Mix)  
Ingredients Required Quantity
Meat (Beef / Mutton / Chicken)     1 Kg minced / small cubes
Dal Chana (Chickpea Gram)     2 Cups / 300g
Onion (Medium size, cut in 4 pieces)     200g
Ginger (Paste)     1-1 1/2 Tablespoons
Garlic (Paste)     1 1/2 Tablespoon
Eggs (Whisked)     1-2
Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)     6-8
Green Coriander (Finely Chopped)
    2-3 Tablespoons
Mint (Finely Chopped)     2-3 Tablespoons
Kisan Ghee / Oil     1-2 Cups / 300g
Kisan Shami Kabab Recipe Mix
1 Packet
Cooking Instructions:

To minced meat add, onions, dal chana, garlic, ginger, Kisan Shami Kabab Recipe Mix with 4-6 glasses of water and cook on low flame till the meat and dal-chana is tender.
After meat is tender and water has dried, remove from flame and grind the mix to a coarse paste.

In the meat mixture, add finely chopped, green chilies, coriander, mint leaves egg and knead the mixture again. Make round and flat shaped Kababs.
Heat Kisan ghee / oil, fry the Kababs till golden brown.
Delicious Kababs are ready to serve.
Serve with sauce and fresh salad.
