Seekh Kabab / Tikka Boti (Recipe Mix)  
Kisan Seekh Kabab
Ingredients Required Quantity
Minced Meat (Beef / Chicken / Mutton) pounded from machine)     1 Kg (thinly
Ginger (Paste)     1-1 1/2 Tablespoons
Garlic (Paste)     1 Tablespoon
Green Chillies (Small, finely chopped)     6-8
Onion (Medium size / finely chopped)     1
Kisan Ghee / Oil     1/2 Cup
Kisan Seekh Kabab / Tikka, Boti Recipe Mix     1 Packet
 
Cooking Instructions:

Drain water from minced meat thoroughly.

To minced meat add green chilies, ginger, garlic, onions and Kisan Seekh Kabab Recipe Mix marinate for 2-3 hours.

Add Kisan ghee / oil to the marinated mixture, knead well, make oval balls, flat them with wet hands and sew them separately on skewers.

Grill them on low heat of coal or gas, keep rotating the skewer to grill evenly till tender and light brown, then remove from flame. Luscious and aromatic Seekh Kababs are ready.
Serve hot with chutney, salad and lemons.
Kisan Tikka, Boti
Ingredients Required Quantity
Meat (Chicken / Mutton / Beef - small size)     1 -1 1/2 Kg
inger (Paste)     G 1-2 Tablespoons
Garlic (Paste)     1-2 Tablespoons
Papaya (Unripe & Crushed)     2-3 Tablespoons
Yogurt (Whipped)     1/2 Cup
Kisan Ghee / Oil     1/2 Cup
Kisan Seekh Kabab / Tikka, Boti Recipe Mix     1 Packet
 
Cooking Instructions:
1.
Drain water from the washed meat.

In a plastic or steel bowl, mix the meat with yogurt, garlic, ginger, papaya and Kisan Seekh Kabab / Tikka, Boti, Recipe Mix, cover the marinated mixture and put it aside for 3-4 hours.

Sew the meat on skewers, grill them on low heat of coal or gas, keep rotating, when a little tender brush Kisan ghee / oil on the meat, rotate the skewer to grill evenly till tender then remove from flame.
Delicious and aromatic Tikka Boti is ready.
