Pakora (Recipe Mix)  
Recipe No. 1
Ingredients Required Quantity
Besan (Chickpea Flour)     1 Cup / 100g
Onions (Finely Chopped)     1-2 / 75g
Potatoes (Finely Sliced)     1 / 50g
Spinach (Finely Sliced)     50 -75g
Green Chillies (Finely Sliced)     6-8
Green Coriander (Finely Chopped)     2-3 Tablespoons / 20g
Kisan Ghee / Oil (For Frying)     2-3 Cup / 500g
Kisan Pakora Recipe Mix     2 Tablespoons
 
Cooking Instructions:
1.
In besan (chickpea flour), add kisan pakora mix, potatoes, onions, spinach, green chillies, green coriander and as required water and mix well, keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.

Heat Kisan ghee / oil, fry pakoras on low flame till golden brown, take them out and place them on paper. Mouth-watering pakoras are ready.
Serve with tomato ketchup, sauce or sprinkle as required Kisan Chaat Recipe Mix.

Ingredients Required Quantity
Besan (Chickpea Flour)     1/2 Cup
Brinjal / Potato (Thinly Sliced in Rounded Shapes)     100g
Kisan Chaat Recipe Mix     1 Tablespoon
Green Chilli (Large / Whole / Slit in Between)     8-10
Kisan Ghee / Oil (for frying)     2-3 Cup / 500g
Kisan Pakora Recipe Mix     1 Tablespoon
 
Cooking Instructions:
1.

In besan (Chickpea flour), add Kisan Pakora Recipe Mix and as required water, mix well and keep it aside for 20-30 minutes.
2.
Stuff Kisan Chaat Recipe Mix in the green chillies.
3.

Dip potatoes, Brinjals and the green chillies in besan and deep fry them till golden brown. Take them out and place them on paper.
Delicious Pakoras are ready.
Sprinkle Kisan Chaat Recipe Mix on it and serve it hot.
