Mutton Karahi (Recipe Mix)  
Ingredients Required Quantity
Mutton Meat     1 Kg
Tomatoes (Medium, ripe and finely sliced)     5-6 / 400g
Garlic (Paste)     2 Tablespoons / 35g
Ginger (Paste)     1 Tablespoon / 20g
Juliennes of Ginger (For garnishing)     2 Inch Piece / 40g
Green Chiliies (Medium & whole)     6-8
Green Coriander (Finely Chopped)     2-3 Tablespoons
Kisan Ghee / Oil     1 Cup / 200g
Kisan Mutton Karahi Recipe Mix     1 Packet
 
Cooking Instructions:

In half cup of heated Kisan oil / ghee, add ginger, garlic, meat and stir for a few minutes. Then add 3-4 glass of water, Kisan Mutton Karachi Recipe Mix and cook on low flame till meat is tender.

Separately heat the remaining Kisan Oil / Ghee and add tomatoes, fry till the water dries.

In the cooked meat, add in ready tomatoes mixture, green chilies and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes. Keep stirring till ghee/ oil separates from the gravy.

Garnish with juliennes of ginger and chopped coriander then remove from flame.
Delicious Mutton Karahi is ready to serve.
Sprinkle lemon juice and serve it with hot naans or taftan.
