Separately in a plastic or steel bowl put meat and add yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and Kisan Mutton Handi Recipe Mix. Mix well and marinate for one hour to marinate. |

Heat Kisan ghee / oil, add tomatoes, keep stirring and cook on low flame till tomatoes water almost dries. |

Add the marinated meat to the tomatoes gravy with 1-2 glasses of water. Cook on low flame till the meat is tender and the gravy leaves the oil. Now add butter and keep stirring. When the gravy is also fried, add cream and immediately remove from flame. |
