Chicken Karahi (Recipe Mix)  
Ingredients Required Quantity
Meat (Chicken)     1 Kg
Tomatoes (Medium, ripe and thinly sliced)     5-6 / 400g
Garlic (Paste)     2 Tablespoons / 35g
Ginger (Paste)     1 Tablespoon / 20g
Juliennes of Ginger (For garnishing)     2 Inch Piece / 40g
Green Chiliies (Medium & whole)     6-8
Green Coriander (Finely chopped)     2-3 Tablespoons
Kisan Ghee / Oil     1 Cup / 200g
Kisan Chicken Karahi Recipe Mix     1 Packet
 
Cooking Instructions:

In half cup of heated Kisan oil / ghee, add in ginger, garlic, meat and stir for few minutes. Then add 1-2 cups of water, Kisan Chicken Karahi Recipe Mix and cook on low flame till meat is tender.

Separately heat the remaining Kisan Oil / Ghee and add tomatoes, fry them till the water is dried.

In the cooked meat, add in ready tomatoes mixture, green chilies and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes and keep stirring till Kisan ghee / oil separates from the gravy.

Garnish with juliennes of ginger and chopped coriander then remove from flame.
Delicious Chicken Karahi is ready to serve.
Sprinkle lemon juice and serve it with hot naans, chappati or taftan.
