Chicken Handi (Recipe Mix)  
Ingredients Required Quantity
Chicken meat (Boneless, small cubes)     1 Kg
Yogurt (Whipped)     1 Cup / 250g
Tomatoes (Ripe, medium size & thinly sliced)     5-6 / 300g
Lemon Juice     2-3 Tablespoons
Ginger (Paste)     1-1 1/2 Tablespoons
Garlic (Paste)     1-1 1/2 Tablespoons
Cream     100g
Kisan Ghee / Oil     1 Cup / 250g
Kisan Chicken Handi Recipe Mix     1 Packet
Cooking Instructions:
Separately in a plastic or steel bowl put meat and add yogurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and Kisan Mutton Handi Recipe Mix. Mix well and marinate for one hour to marinate.

Heat Kisan ghee / oil, add tomatoes, keep stirring and cook on low flame till tomatoes water almost dries.

Add the marinated chicken in the tomato mixture and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. When meat is tender and Kisan ghee / oil leaves the gravy, add in cream and remove from flame.
Delicious Chicken Handi is ready.
Serve it with hot naans, chapati and taftan in a traditional way.
