Chicken Meat (with or without skin)
1 1/2 to 2 Kg / 10 Large Pieces
Kisan Ghee / Oil (For Frying)
2-3 Cups / 500g
Kisan Chicken Broast Recipe Mix
Boil the washed chicken pieces in 1 cup of water on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
Lavishly sprinkle Kisan Chicken Broast Recipe Mix on the chicken pieces and keep it aside in a cool place for 15-20 minutes to marinate.
Fry the marinated chicken pieces in deep oil on low flame till golden brown. Take out and place on paper to remove excess oil / ghee.
Mouth watering Chicken Broast is ready.
Serve it with Tomato Ketchup.
