Potatoes (Medium size, peeled & cut in round shape)
Tomatoes (Finely Sliced)
2-3 / 200g
Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
Green Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)
Kisan Ghee / Oil
Kisan Aaloo Bhujia Recipe Mix
1/2 Packet / 50g
Add potatoes in heated Kisan ghee / oil and stir fry for 10 minutes.
Then add tomatoes, Kisan Aaloo Bhujia Recipe Mix, one cup of water and cook till half the water dries.
Add green chilies and coriander leaves and stir for 2-3 minutes.
Delicious Aaloo Bhujia is ready.
Serve it with hot puris and achar.
